- As per the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Act, 2013, it is mandatory for the employers to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) to oversee sexual harassment complaints, formulate a sexual harassment policy and conduct employee awareness and sensitization trainings.We provide employee sensitization and awareness training on - Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace. These training programs can be conducted online or offline.
