Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Awareness Training

In line with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, it is mandatory for the employers to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) to oversee sexual harassment complaints, formulate a sexual harassment policy and conduct employee awareness and sensitization trainings.
As part of compliance and culture-building, we conduct structured training sessions to help employees understand workplace behavior standards, rights, and redressal mechanisms. These sessions are designed to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment and are available in both online and offline formats.

Internal Committee (IC) Capacity Building Training

Members of the Internal Committee (IC) play a crucial role in ensuring a fair and effective redressal process. Our specialized training equips IC members with a deep understanding of their roles and responsibilities under the POSH Act. The sessions cover Roles & Responsibilities, Complaint handling procedures, Investigation protocols, Documentation practices, and Proactive prevention strategies. This training ensures that the IC functions with integrity, objectivity, and procedural accuracy.
