  • Working in corporates requires you to interact with peers, senior managers or clients and it is essential for anyone to develop the skills to deal with different personalities under various contexts. Through this workshop, learn and practice skills of communication and interpersonal intelligence. This training module enables the participant to be assertive, mindful in their conversations and capable to sustain the conversations. The training gives an overview of good and bad conversational habits and the importance of being respectful, courteous, and thoughtful in communication. The training also explains the need of conviction in making confident conversations.

Emotional intelligence



  • We all are emotional beings. But when emotions are intense, it can alter the way we think and the way we make decisions and even in the way we interact with people. Emotions, if not regulated well, it can result in underperformance. Working under stress, navigating the situation of rejection, building courage, and risk-taking behavior and so on comes from having emotional intelligence. The workshop will give the essential skills to the participant to interact with people logically at the same time with empathy. The course will cover themes like understanding emotions, emotional wheel, regulation methods and various components of emotional quotient.

Preparing for interviews



  • Everyone inevitably must go through the process of interviews at least once in their lifetime. Preparing for interviews is crucial to secure the desired job. The workshop will enable the participant to be interview ready. One’s performance in an interview depends on how well one is prepared. Importance of research, body language, confidence and conviction are discussed. Role plays for mock interview would be a part of this workshop.

  • Personal branding is about how you promote yourself. It is the projected image of an individual’s personality, competence and behaviour which also characterizes as a unique identity. Personal branding helps an individual to build a competitive advantage. The workshop involves themes like self-awareness, building a story for one self, developing a confident personality and creation of positive impact through the unique personal brand. Ethics, integrity and honesty is also discussed in the workshop.

Critical thinking



  • Critical thinking is about thinking logically and rationally, connecting the dots between diverse ideas and make decisions avoiding the randomness biases. It requires the ability to reason. The workshop helps the learner to broaden their perception and see various arguments and alternative solutions to one problem. Thinking about the problem, structuring the thought processes, root cause analysis and the practice of detachment with ones’ ideas will be the central themes of this workshop.

Career counselling



  • This is aimed at people who are facing a crisis with respect to their career choices. This is a one-on-one session with the clients for a duration of 1 hour/ day. This involves identifying their career interests (using standardized career inventories) and recognizing their career anchors, defining their personality traits. The sessions will end when the client finally gets a clarity about their career choice.

Competency mapping



  • Competency mapping project has multiple steps involved; starting from defining the job description, identifying the competencies required to perform the job to the assessment of competencies of existing employees. This brings more professionalism to the organization, better job sculpting, well intentioned training design and so on.
