A note from the founder on the journey that led to the creation of Purple Iris:

With over two decades of corporate experience, I had the opportunity to work with diverse individuals and teams across the country.Leading and mentoring teams, managing high-impact responsibilities, and consistently driving and delivering results, I experienced the power of clear, confident, and strategic communication in shaping effective leadership, resilient teams, and impactful careers.

In the corporate world, not everyone has access to same and right resources – or a mentor to guide them. It is this recognition that fuelled the vision of Purple Iris.

Inspiration for Purple Iris stems from a culmination of our own professional and academic backgrounds, as well as the invaluable inputs from the people we have worked with. Drawing from our collective experiences, we have designed offerings that are practical, relevant and align with the real challenges faced in today’s dynamic corporate landscape.
